                                                                                            February 17, 2008

Fellow Arrowmen,

Nampa-Tsi Lodge will host the 2009 Section C-5C Conclave. This will be a major undertaking that will require all of us to step up and put our best foot forward in the name of Brotherhood, Cheerfulness, and Service. Our efforts will reflect not only upon the lodge, but also upon Great Rivers Council. This represents a fantastic chance to show off our camps to leaders from outside our council and to sell our summer camp program. Over 1000 Arrowmen from our lodge plus five others will attend.

To aid in this effort, the lodge is establishing a committee to make the job of organizing the Conclave easier on us as a lodge and council as well as the section of which we are a part. Below is a list of the different areas for which the committee will be responsible. All Nampa-Tsi members, youth and adult, are invited and encouraged to take part in one of the committee staffs listed. For more information, contact Jeff Justice, Committee Adult Chair, at jw_justice@hotmail.com, or by phone at 660.665.6985 (home), 660,785.7243 (office) or 806.441.1657 (cell).
